Timothy is an author and entrepreneur with 25 years of successful performance leading teams across four business industries, retailing, card-member assistance, telecommunications, and life coaching.  Timothy has an intense passion for the development and transformation of human potential. In 2002, Timothy embarked on a journey of personal development, growth and transformation, completing Landmark Education, The Forum in Oakland, California.  In 2003, enrolled in The Coaches Training Institute, San Rafael, California, where he began training to become a life and career coach. In 2004 he co-founded Relating to Life; Life Change Coaching, a practice committed to creating advance, cutting edge coaching technologies to engage clients in self-awareness and connecting internal qualities and attributes to produce higher levels of life performance, success and fulfillment. In 2008, Timothy joined NCO Financial Systems Inc., Dublin, Ohio as a leader and corporate trainer.  In 2014, he joined Discover Financial Services leading a communication team ,and establishing himself as a master coach, and an innovative leader in transformational leadership. Timothy founded A New Paradigm for Living, Life Change Coaching located in Columbus, Ohio. A Transformation and lifestyle coaching practice committed to clients whole life and creating a life of meaning.
